Blast from the Past: a Celebration of 50 years of Industry History

It’s the rage of all things retro — and it’s on display right here!

In celebration of IPC’s 50th anniversary, we’re compiling 50 years of changing technology, tools and trinkets and they are truly a blast from the past. Who ever said techies were not the adventurous type? Hands down, the evolution of board and assembly samples show some remarkable bravura in the think-tank department.  Consider the amazing research and innovation that put a man on the moon, a computer on every desk, cars that remember their owner’s seat position preferences and a cell phone for everyone from students to seniors.

Join us in celebrating our industry’s hip accomplishments from the early printed wiring boards — the foundation for all electronic products — to today’s high speed marvels. Reminiscing the past has never been this fun, check it out!
